Graduate Student Research Forum

Come to our annual graduate student forum and listen and respond to regional history research by Ph.D students at the University of Washington.
Quin’Nita Cobbins will present: “Rethinking Civil Rights: Black Women Teachers and the Campaign for School Desegregation in Seattle, 1963-1968. “
Jennifer Smith will present:  “All of this Belongs to Us”: Land, Horses, and Indigenous Resistance on the Yakima Indian Reservation, 1900-1950.

Social gathering at 7:00, presentations begin at 7:30.

As always, the meeting is open to the public, and free parking is provided in the nearby parking garage, entrance at 4th Av. W. and W. Dravus St.
